Network Consulting and Management (NCM) is an experienced firm of "networked" professionals from various backgrounds and disciplines dedicated to providing facility development services, contract management and management consulting services for the senior living industry (senior housing, retirement, assisted living and skilled nursing) and hospital management consulting services. Clients are located throughout the United States and in developing countries, and encompass a wide range of both non profit and for profit entities, organizations and individuals, including several foreign governments and international organizations.

Development services: complete development services for senior housing, retirement and assisted living facilities (includes new construction, expansion, remodeling and conversions). Market and financial feasibility, site selection, design, financing, construction, licensing, lease up and start up services.
Facility Management services: contract management of senior retirement and assisted living facilities, for both existing and new start up facilities.
Operations consulting: management consulting for retirement, assisted living, skilled nursing facilities, senior housing, and acute care hospitals, with emphasis on performance improvement, turn around of under performing facilities, new program and service development and planning.
