Network Consulting and Management, Ltd. (NCM), is an experienced firm of   "networked" professionals from various backgrounds and disciplines providing development and management consulting services for sponsors of   senior housing, retirement and assisted living projects throughout the United States. NCM's   "network" includes professionals with experience in development, financing, management and operations, nursing and resident care, marketing and lease up, accounting and finance, purchasing, maintenance, and human resource management, among other disciplines.

Virtually all types of facilities serving seniors are within the range of experience offered by NCM, including: independent living, congregate care, assisted living, nursing home care, multi-level retirement communities, continuing care retirement communities (CCRC), Alzheimer/dementia facilities, senior housing including low income housing, home health services and adult day care.

OPERATIONAL TROUBLE SHOOTING AND MANAGEMENT AUDIT FOR UNDER PERFORMING FACILITIES
Specific tools and methodologies provide a comprehensive "trouble shooting" evaluation of the operational areas identified, which may include management oversight and governance, lease-up and marketing, personnel issues, financial performance, quality assurance, compliance and complaints, state survey issues, or specific departmental issues. Formulation and implementation of corrective strategies, with ongoing monitoring of results is the expected outcome.

NEW PROGRAM AND SERVICE DEVELOPMENT
NCM staff can assist with the planning, development and implementation of a wide variety of new programs and services. Determination of market demand, definition of programs and services to be offered, determination of delivery costs and requirements, personnel requirements, marketing and promotion, preparation of a development budget and costs to launch, projections of profitability and assistance with the actual launch.
